When you reserve, we hold $1 on your card. This is not a final purchase. It locks in your spot in the first production run and the launch price.
We are pre-launch. We do not promise a specific ship date. When your frame is about to ship, we will email you to confirm — and only after you confirm will the full price be charged.
No subscription, no in-app purchases, no premium tier. Specs and pricing may change before launch; if they change in a way that affects you, we'll email you and you can refund the $1 hold.
The $1 hold is fully refundable any time before the full charge. After the full charge, you have 30 days from the day your frame ships to return it for a full refund. We pay return shipping inside the US.
Memory Frame is sold "as is." We will replace defective units within the 2-year warranty. Beyond replacement, our liability is limited to the price you paid.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mira is registered. We will publish a specific jurisdiction here once the entity is finalized.
