What we collect
Email address — when you reserve a frame for $1 or join the waitlist.
Reservation details — which SKU you reserved (For Mom / For Both Sides / For the Family Wall), date, and the $1 hold.
Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Basic site cookies — used only to remember whether you've dismissed our cookie banner.
What we do with it
Email you to confirm your ship date before we charge the full price.
Send you the occasional pre-launch update (no more than once a month).
Process your $1 hold and, when you confirm, the final charge.
What we never do
We never sell your email or share it with advertisers.
We never run analytics or session-replay tracking on this site (no Meta Pixel, no Google Analytics, no third-party trackers — until we explicitly add one and update this policy).
We never read what you say to your Memory Frame. The on-device AI runs locally; voice transcripts never leave the chip in the wall.
Photos on your Memory Frame
Photos you send to a frame are uploaded over Wi-Fi to that specific frame and stored on its local 64 GB chip. They never travel through our servers. Even if Mira shuts down tomorrow, your photos stay on your frame.
Your rights
Delete — email us at hello@mira.studio and we'll erase your record within 7 days.
Export — same email; we'll send you a copy of everything we have on you.
Stop emails — every email has an unsubscribe link.
